An annual prized for their intoxicating clove like scent, Stocks are a wonderful addition to the garden as an early, cold loving flower.  Uniform spikes of 24"- 28" tall, they make superb one-cut flowers.  Most will be double flowered, but there might be some singles in the mix.  Flowers are edible and make a great garnish on salads,                                                                          desserts and drinks.                                                                                   NOTE: The varieties listed here produce one flowering stem per plant.               Do not pinch as it will terminate flowering.
