Also known as Corn Flower, this is the perfect annual to have in your garden. Can be sown in the Fall or the Spring, it reseeds easily, is wonderful as a cut flower and is a long bloomer. Plus the flowers can be used in many culinary dishes from salads to soups to cake decorations. It holds medicinal value too and because of it's anti-inflammatory properties Bachelor Button flowers are good to use in a mouth rinse, and help with bleeding and sore gums. Aids the digestive system with stomach ulcers and constipation and is known to detoxify the liver. A true workhorse.
