Foxtail Lily (Eremurus)
COMPLETELY SOLD OUT OF ALL VARIETIES OF FOXTAIL LILY FOR SPRING 2026
Deer resistant and drought tolerant once established. These are tuberous roots and bloom in early Summer. Foliage first appears in early spring and when its dramatic spike emerges and reaches full height, thousands of tiny flowers open from the bottom up, making a stunning display in midsummer borders. They need well draining soil. It is best to plant them with 24"-36" of space between each root as they will multiply each year. Plant the crown about 2" below the surface but the roots themselves could have more soil on them as they can get very long. Provide consistent moisture during flowering. These regal Foxtail Lilies are a fantastic hardy perennial for adding height to gardens or superb in fresh cut bouquets and the bees go crazy for them!
